Simply Wonderful.

I just want to dedicate this post to Kasie and Jer... congrats on your pregnancy! They didn't always know if they liked kids, (really it was Kasie that didn't know if she did), but I've always known that they both would make wonderful parents. I think that life knows exactly what we need in order to jump-start our lives... and this is definitely a way of showing these two how amazing they truly are; that their lives are worth sharing with someone else. They are both so intelligent and witty, I couldn't imagine them not having anyone to pass that on to. Look out world, a genius is coming into our world soon!

I love you both and can't wait to share this next adventure with you!

Always lost :(

So... remember how my camera charger decided to hide from me? Well, now my camera has decided to hide as well. I am quite sad- I wish that my electronics liked me more. :( Is there a class I can take on how to keep electronics happy??? (I really liked my camera too- it was such a pretty blue.)

Anyways, I really hate blogging without pictures. It is how I document mine and Alex's life together!!! I guess I'll have to make due for now until my camera comes back or I go find a new one. :( Camera, please come back!!! I miss you!

Alex and I are doing well, but I do have to say that this has been the HARDEST summer for both of us. There have been so many trials I'd never dreamed we'd have to deal with- and they all decided to happen all at once! We figure though, that if we make it through this summer together that we can make it through anything together! Optimism is the best key :) I do have to say that our marriage has strengthened so much- we have really had to fight together. I love Alex so much for being such a great husband throughout all of our hardships.

On the bright side of things however, mine and Alex's 1 year anniversary is TOMORROW! YAY! 1 year ago at this moment I was with my bridesmaids watching a hilarious comedy show the night before my wedding. It was such a perfect way to unwind and celebrate one last night as a "single" woman! How funny it is to think how nervous we both were...
Unfortunately, we aren't doing anything super fun for our anniversary, but thanks to my mom and Stephen we will be eating at a fabulous restaurant tomorrow night of my choosing! Happy Anniversary Hun!

Last night my family and I went and saw Cirque du soleil at the E-center and it was A- MAZING! If you have yet to see one of their shows, you MUST go!!! It was unreal to see such spectacular things live! I recommend the show to everyone! (Thanks mom!)

I know I have already said this, but Alex and I LOVE our new apartment and LOVE our new ward! It is such a great feeling to know that there are so many caring people around. We couldn't be happier in that aspect right now :)

That's all for now!
Hope to talk to all of you soon!

Keep Alex's mom and dad in your prayers :)

Such a long time....

I know, I know... I haven't blogged in a while :)

There have been a couple of reasons why I haven't felt like blogging lately and one of the BIGGEST is because I lost my camera battery-charger- I hate it! I LOVE pictures and it just doesn't feel the same without pics! I guess we'll have to do though....

So I started a new job! I actually got a job at Petersen Medical, (where my hubby works), and I work in the medical store. It's fun, and I REALLY like everyone that works there- they are so nice! It is hard to adjust though because I'm not used to working in one location.. with my Adapted PE job I was traveling all over every day. It's a very different work experience for me, but so far It hasn't been too difficult of a transition..

Let see...

We moved into an apartment a little over 3 months ago and we LOVE it! We love our place and we have such a great ward! We can't go a week without getting 5 new friends :) It is so much easier to feel welcome and to-do the right things when you have so many wonderful people around you. Recently Alex and I got called to be a part of the activities commitee! That means alot of camping this summer- (Good luck husband of mine!)

Now I would like to share how EXCITED I am because Alex and I are BOTH going to try and finish up school at the same time, although the main focus is to get him through school first- But we are excited to just take it one step at a time.

Let see what else...

My beautiful sister is coming home from Australia this Sunday! I am SOOO excited! It has been 6 months since I've REALLY seen her. (Web-camera doesn't really count!) It will be so nice to have my best friends home.

Oh! Alex and I are sad because he OFFICIALLY resigned as head soccer coach of Tooele High School :( He did it for 3 WHOLE YEARS- its just too far of a drive, but he is still coaching the local club soccer team here in utah county.

We just recently went to Wendover with my mom and Stephen and it was a blast! It was so nice and relaxing just to get away. Thanks again Mommy and Stephen!

Thanks for catching up with me!
